Rental payments will be processed on a daily basis – and we’ll be dealing with essential maintenance and management issues 24/7, as usual.

We’re following official guidelines for everything from property appraisals and valuations to viewings, routine property checks and maintenance visits.
All first viewings, where possible, are now conducted online via our website. Interested applicants will, as always, be accompanied by us when entering properties. Where homes are not yet vacant, we will request current occupiers leave the premises for the duration of the visit.
Our set-up means we can operate efficiently and communicate effectively with everyone at a distance. Landlords and tenants can even complete all necessary transactional paperwork online. Keys may also be collected and presented securely without personal contact. Meetings with landlords and tenants at our offices or elsewhere are by appointment only, to maintain social distancing and allow attendees to arrive and leave without interaction with others.
